New building facilities of the Foundation for Research and Technology in Heraklion, Rethymno, Chania and Ioannina

Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) organized open events to present and mark the launch of the construction and expansion of its new building facilities in Heraklion, Rethymno, Chania and Ioannina:

• Institute of Biomedical Research, Ioannina – Wednesday, 15 May 2024
• FORTH Central Facilities, Heraklion – Friday, 14 June 2024
• Institute of Geoenergy and Science & Technology Park, Chania – Saturday, 15 June 2024

These major development projects, co-funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility and the European Investment Bank through the National Public Investment Programme, are expected to play a decisive role in the growth of FORTH and in strengthening its contribution to research and university education in the Region of Epirus and the Region of Crete, respectively.
