The Institute of Geoenergy – FORTH (IG/FORTH) proudly participated in the high-level workshop "Hydrogen Innovation for Regional Growth: Enhancing Mobility and Local Value Chains – The Peloponnese Case", held on June 11, 2025, at Isla Brown Corinthia, in the framework of the TRIERES Hydrogen Valley project.

The Institute of Geoenergy participated successfully at the 17th International Congress of the Geological Society of Greece in 28-31 May 2025, that is held at the University of Aegean, Mytilene, Lesvos island, Greece.).

We are excited to announce the launch of #TWINN2SET’s 2nd Summer School on Energy Transition, which will take place in Chania this upcoming July.

New update on TWINN2SET project: We are excited to announce a synergy between #TWINN2SET and #DESSERT project.

The 1st Summer School of the TWINN2SET project will be held from 1 to 5 July 2024. The summer school is dedicated to Energy Transition and includes a series of lectures, workshops and lab tours. The event is organized by the Institute of Geoenergy/FORTH in collaboration with the Technical University of Crete within the framework of the EU-funded project TWINN2SET (Twinning to Sustainable Energy Transition).

Another @InnoDays (InnoDays - Innovation Days of the Region of Crete) has been successfully completed! It was our great pleasure to represent the @Institute of GeoEnergy at booth B1 of the @Foundation for Research and Technology.
