Christos Nikolopoulos is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering of the Hellenic Mediterranean University in addition to a long-standing affiliation as a Research Associate in Wireless & Long-Distance Communication Lab., Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. Panagiotis Partsinevelos is a Professor in the fields of Geoinformatics and Unmanned Systems and Director of the Laboratory of Geodesy and Informatics of Geosciences at the School of Mineral Resources Engineering of the Technical University of Crete. He received his PhD from the Spatial Informatics Engineering Department at the University of Maine, part of the US National Center for Geographic Information and Analysis (NCGIA) and the NASA Center of Excellence for Satellite Remote Sensing. He holds a Dipl. Eng.
Professor Epaminondas Voutsas is the Director of the Laboratory of Thermodynamics and Transport Phenomena at the School of Chemical Engineering, National Technical University of Athens. His research activity focuses on, among other areas: (a) modeling, simulation, scaling up, and optimization of processes; (b) CO2 capture and utilization for the production of eFuels and other chemicals; (c) modeling and simulation of natural gas processes; and (d) thermodynamic and fluid dynamic analysis of hydrogen injection in natural gas pipelines.
Dr. Paraskevi Panagiotopoulou is Associate Professor at the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, Technical University of Crete and Director of the Laboratory of “Environmental Catalysis”. She received her diploma in Chemical Engineering in 2001 from the University of Patras and her M.Sc and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in 2006 from the same University.

Dimitrios Gournis is a Professor of Materials Chemistry in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering (DMSE) at University of Ioannina (UoI), Greece. He is an experimental synthetic chemist working in the area of layered and nanoporous materials. His research interests are focused on the synthesis, characterization and study of the properties of layered (2D) materials, carbon nanostructures, hybrid organic–inorganic nanocomposites, metallic nanoparticles, mesoporous materials and biocatalysts.
